General Information Waterborne solution of non-corrosive, low PH organic salts specially formulated to clean and roughen or etch concrete surfaces. Replaces extremely corrosive and hazardous concrete etching products such as muriatic acid and phosphoric acid. Non-corrosive to skin, low-fuming, low odor, biodegradeable and has zero V.O.C. Slightly bodied to cling to non-level surfaces. Removes ground-in dirt, mud and clay. Removes mortar deposits.
